Dr. William (Bill) Jackson specializes in the capital, maintenance, and equipment technologies within the energy, petrochemical, and chemical industries. He has over 35 years of experience in the strategic planning, development, execution, and construction of processing facilities. He has been a project manager, strategic planner, mechanical, and maintenance engineer working for both owners and contractors.
Dr. Jackson was a senior consultant for 13 years and has provided advisory and expert testimony services in several key areas:

- Due diligence, refinery, terminal, and pipeline sales
Dr. Jackson has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas. He also graduated with honors with an M.B.A. from Rutgers University-Camden and a master's in Energy Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has a Mechanical Engineering - Energy degree from the University of Notre Dame. His Ph.D. dissertation focused on the effects of the introduction of horizontal drilling and other technologies and the resulting shale oil boom on the industrial organization of the oil and gas industry.
