Due diligence, refinery, terminal, and pipeline sales and acquisitions
Evaluation of the technical and business merits and the risks of an asset sale or acquisition, or joint venture. I can provide screening studies, due diligence, and support to the preparation of offers and acceptances.
Lender's or independent engineer services for new construction
Perform a technical and economic due diligence analysis of current and potential projects. I advise owners in the aspects of plant financing, and lenders in project finance transactions including technology review; contract covenants; engineering, procurement, and construction; and/or the technical, operational, and market assumptions for financial models.
